New Construction
I am pleased to announce a new builder to our area, Rick Alan's Human Habitats.
Webster's dictionary defines habitat as; (2) The place where one can usually be found. We believe that once you see one of the company's homes you will sense why he chose the name.
Rick started out in the construction business 23 years ago as a framer. He progressed to exterior trim and later to interior trim. Rick went out on his own and started his interior trim carpentry company 13 years ago and has been successful ever since. His company has trimmed for many of the local builders over his years in the business including Lucke Homes, Shonave Homes, Rick Broshear, Oak Tree, Worthington, Mike Sapp, and Murphy Homes (before the split). Rick is involved in every aspect of building the home, from foundation to roof and everything in between. His craftsmanship and dedication are second to none.
We have completed construction of this company's first build at Todds Fork Reserve in Morrow, Oh. This home is a cutom design of just over 3,100 square feet. There are many upgrades to the home both seen and unseen. From the impressive great room with stone and wood two story fireplace mantle, to the low-E windows and high efficiency wood burning fireplace, Rick combines style and elegance with long term energy conserving solutions. There are several options and advantages to building with us. We can work from your plans or ours. Build on your already owned lot, or secure the lot for you.
